As a company committed to helping people achieve high performance it was always on our radar to bring a next level sleep supplement to you. And after a recent survey of our customers, it was decided, this was a product you really wanted.

So we took our recipe for building the perfect supplement to this product, spending time reviewing all the latest data on sleep compounds, pulling that into a research dosed product, built in a way that neatly fits into your routine in an enjoyable way, while being as tasty as humanly possible.

How to use

Berry: Add 1x slightly heaped 10ml Awesome Scoop (9g) to 150-200ml boiling water, stirring between sipping.

Chocolate: Add 2x level 10ml Awesome Scoops (11g) to 150-200ml boiling water then add a splash of your favourite milk,stirring between sipping.

Enjoy hot or cold 1-1.5 hours before bedtime, and ready your body for an awesome sleep.

This study found that magnesium supplementation reduced sleep latency time (time taken to fall asleep) by 17 minutes in older adults, compared with a placebo.

This randomised control trial shows how 600mg of ashwagandha root improves sleep quality and total sleep time in those with or without insomnia, whilst also increasing mental alertness on waking and improving anxiety levels.

This study shows that supplemental l- glycine increases peripheral vasodilation - allowing the necessary drop in core body temperature to promote sleep onset. And this study showed that 3g l-glycine before bed improved scores of next day fatigue, compared with a placebo.

This randomised control trial found improved wake after sleep onset in participants taking 250mg – 15g l-tryptophan 20-30 minutes before bed. Wake after sleep onset is the amount of time spent awake in the night after initially falling asleep.

Although not heavily researched yet, this study showed promising results of 2000mg of inositol on improving sleep onset in pregnant women.

This randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled study shows an improvement in sleep quality and sleep duration in participants taking a Montmorency cherry supplement.

This study showed the improvement of sleep quality after consumption of passionflower tea compared with a placebo. And this systematic review shows its benefits on reducing symptoms of stress and anxiety.

This product is NOT suitable for pregnant, breastfeeding women or children.

Take it 1-1.5 hours pre sleep with around 150ml fluid so as not to disrupt sleep with needing to go to the toilet.

Yes, you can take this alongside other supplements. Although if you are taking Awesome Defence, Omega or Joints, we recommend taking them with food, and taking Awesome Night with your evening meal.

The magnesium in Awesome Night, if taken on top of magnesium in other supplements, such as Awesome Defence or Awesome Hydrate is very unlikely to cause an issue. Many, especially if you exercise, are quite deficient in magnesium, so getting to a dose where it would pose an issue would be challenging. 

Before launching Awesome Night we tested this with customers that were taking Awesome Defence and Hydrate, adding this product on top, and no customers saw an issue in adding Awesome Sleep. When you consume too much magnesium you will experience loose stools, so you will know pretty quickly if it had a negative effect on you.

This is a question that should always be asked of your doctor, or check your medications leaflet to see if there are contraindications to your medications with any ingredients in this product. A common issue is tryptophan and antidepressants, which is in Awesome Night.

The product is designed to provide one month of supply.

Simply add approximately 150ml of boiling water to 1 slightly heaped scoop of our Berry flavour, or to 2 level scoops of our Chocolate flavour, and enjoy, adding a little cold water to the berry or a splash of milk to the chocolate to allow you to drink it sooner.

While the cocoa powder contained in this product does naturally contain caffeine from the theobromine, it’s only present at 0.2% per 100g product. Per 11g serving of finished product caffeine content would be less than 0.01%.
