AWESOME PROTEIN: Shake pouch vigorously before first use. Add the correct dose depending on the flavour you're using to 200-400ml of water or milk alternative. Add as needed to cooking and other recipes for your protein needs. Awesome tip: try it made as a hot chocolate, simply add hot water and stir.
AWESOME HYDRATE: Add 1½ x 10ml scoops (9g) to 500-800ml of water. Take when training or playing sport, in hot conditions, or when sweating heavily. Can be consumed regularly throughout the day in hot conditions. Do not consume more than 2 servings per day.
AWESOME DEFENCE: For best results take 4 capsules per day with food, ideally alongside Awesome Omega.
