Creatine and Beta-Alanine are both well established performance ingredients, but they’re often used in ways that don’t align with how they actually work. Such as creatine in post workout shakes you only used 2-4x per week, and beta-alanine in pre-workout drinks you use only before your workouts. 

Both compounds need to be taken daily to be effective. Beta-alanine also comes with a well-known tingling sensation, which can put some people off daily use.

Awesome Creatine Plus+ was designed to solve both problems. By combining Creatine and Beta-Alanine in a standalone, easy-to-mix, lemon flavour format, it’s intended for daily use, not just pre-workout routines. Sipping it gradually throughout the day helps support consistency, while also avoiding the tingling often associated with larger, single doses of Beta-Alanine.

The result is a simple, practical way to use two proven performance ingredients in a way that fits real-world training habits.

How to use

Add 1x heaped 10ml Awesome Scoop (7.5g)or 1x tsp to 1 litre of water and sip throughoutthe day. Do not exceed the stated daily dose.

Creatine and Beta-Alanine are two of the most studied ingredients in sport and exercise science. They act on different physiological systems, but both support the ability to train hard, recover between efforts, and maintain performance output as fatigue builds and lactate starts to limit you. 

What the research shows:

  • High-intensity performance and repeated effort: Creatine supplementation has consistently been shown to improve high-intensity exercise capacity, allowing greater total work to be performed across repeated sets or sprints. Beta-alanine supplementation has been shown to support performance in exercise lasting approximately 1-4 minutes, where muscular acidosis contributes to fatigue.   • Strength and lean mass: Creatine supplementation, when combined with resistance training, has been shown to support greater increases in strength (5-15%)and lean mass (1.1kg), as well as greater reduction in body fat (0.7kg), compared with training alone. Improvements in training capacity may contribute indirectly to these adaptations over time. (Delpino et al, Desai et al.)
  • Combined Creatine and Beta-Alanine supplementation: In resistance training studies, combined creatine and beta-alanine supplementation has been associated with greater increases in lean mass and greater reductions in body fat percentage compared with creatine alone or placebo.
