Hybrid Training see's you training for endurance one day, and in the gym the next. These training goals are varied, so the support package needs to be varied. But it's cool, we've got you.
Our ultimate performance bundle aims to support anyone pursuing multiple goals. Boost + Focus is included for you to take pre-training, Hydrate is there to take during training with Endure to be added for those longer or harder training days, Protein for post-workout, to add to meals, or simply to aid in keeping protein high, and Power to be taken daily to support your varied training goals (Creatine & Beta Alanine blend).

How to use
Awesome Power: Add 1x 10ml scoop (7.5g) to 1 litre of water and sip throughout the day. Take 2 servings per day for the first month (loading phase), and 1 serving per day there after (maintenance phase).
Awesome Boost: Take 1x 20ml scoop (16g) with 150-400ml of water 15-30 minutes pre-exercise, ideally taken with Awesome Focus.
Awesome Focus: Take 1-5 capsules 15-30 minutes before activity, depending on your body weight, tolerance level and need.
Awesome Protein: Shake pouch vigorously before first use. Add 1x 50ml scoop (30g) to 200-400ml of water or milk alternative. Add as needed to cooking and other recipes for your protein needs.
Awesome Hydrate: Add 1x 10ml scoop (8.3g) to 500-800ml ofwater. Take when training or playing sport, in hot conditions, or when sweating heavily. Can be consumed regularly throughout the day in hot conditions.
Awesome Endure: Simply add to your water alongside Awesome Hydrate and shake well. For continuous exercise lasting longer than 60 minutes it's recommended to consume 25-75g of carbohydrate per hour depending on the duration and intensity. A 40ml scoop will give you a 25g serving.
