Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Baked Oats

Chocolate salted caramel, pretzel and Biscoff all in one? These baked oats are full of flavour and oozing with caramel sauce. Sounds more like a dessert then breakfast. Filled with protein, these baked oats are a must try.

Ingredients
• 40g oats
• 35g @awesomesupps chocolate salted caramel vegan protein powder
• 1/2 a banana
• Roughly 100ml milk (you'll need less if not using vegan protein powder)
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• Alpro caramel dessert pot
How to make
1. Blend everything together until smooth and thick and then pour half the batter into an oven-proof bowl.
2. Place a tsp of Alpro caramel dessert in the middle and cover it with the remaining mixture.
3. Bake in the oven at 170°c for 8-10 minutes, add some melted Biscoff spread and a chocolate-coated pretzel and dig in.
