Here’s a high protein breakfast idea, you can make it in less than 15 minutes, and a guarantee that it will be a success (it’s honestly super tasty and fun).

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup of oats
• 90g of yoghurt
• 1 chopped apple
• 200ml of almond milk
• 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein @awesomesupps
Rainbow
Blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, mango & granola
How to make
1. Mix all the ingredients for the cold oats and let it rest for 5 min
2. Use the fruit and granola to make the rainbow on the top!
