Ingredients
• 50g porridge oats blended into a flour
• 35g protein - @awesomesupps chocolate orange vegan protein
• 150ml water or milk - you want it kind of thick, I used almond milk
• 10g cocoa powder
• 30g/ 1tbsp yogurt
• 1tbsp milled flaxseed - optional but omega 3s!
• 1/2tsp baking powder
• Chocolate orange to top
How to make
1. Mix all ingredients, then add to a greased ramekin or spray with fry light
2. Bake at 180°/ gas 4 for 20-25 minutes
