Two Ingredient Protein Magnums

These are the creamiest and easiest magnums you’ll ever try! High in protein as well and the best part: ONLY TWO INGREDIENTS!

(serves 4 mini magnums)

Ingredients for the creamy base

• 175g of vanilla coconut yoghurt
• 25g of vegan vanilla protein @awesomesupps

Ingredients for the coating 

• 1/3 cup of melted dark chocolate
• Chopped almonds
• Rose petals if you’re feeling fancy

How to make

1. Mix together the yoghurt and the protein and fill your mini lollies mould
2. Freeze for around 1 hour
3. Coat your lollies in dark chocolate and instantly add your chopped almonds
4. Put back in the freezer for 5 min and enjoy
5. If you keep them longer in the fridge, take them out a few minutes earlier (because the filling will naturally get harder)
