This cake is high on the list of favourite things and can be the ultimate dessert and breakfast because it’s just that good! It has a delicate coconut taste that shines through in every bite.

INGREDIENTS
• 255g flour
• 45g coconut flour
• 2tsp baking powder
• 150g sugar OR 75g Kristal sweet
• 125ml oil
• 270ml non-dairy milk
INGREDIENTS FOR ICING
• 150g coconut yogurt
• @awesomesupps vanilla protein powder until thickened
• pink food colouring
• Shredded coconut
HOW TO MAKE
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Sift flours and baking powder into a bowl. Add sweetener and mix.
3. In a separate bowl mix together oil and milk.
4. Pour wet into the dry and mix until just combined. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before you top it with the icing. Enjoy!
