This chia pudding is high in protein, loaded with live vegan cultures and fibre that both feed the gut flora to keep your insides balanced and nourished. Plus, it’s so simple to make the night before ready for Monday morning. Creamy, dreamy, chocolatey goodness.

Ingredients
• 20 grams of chia seeds
• 1/2 tbsp of flaxseed
• 30g @awesomesupps chocolate orange protein powder
• 1 tsp cacao powder
• 1/2 choc pot
• 200ml almond milk
How to make
1. Blend all ingredients in a high-power blender until it is all smooth and combined, pour into a bowl and leave overnight to set (blending the chia seeds makes this chia pudding so creamy and dessert like)
2. In the morning top with some more natural yog for extra live bacteria, nut butter and a date for extra fibre.
