CHUNKY MONKEY BAKED OATS is calling! Start your mornings off right with a baked cake like oat bowl full of chocolatey goodness and banana for that extra kick of flavour. Simple and easy to make, what’s not to love?

Ingredients
• 1tbsp almond flour
• 1tbsp coconut flour
• 30g oat flour
• 1tbsp @awesomesupps choc & nut protein powder
• 1/2tsp baking powder
• 1/2 banana, mashed
• 120ml non-dairy milk
• 1tbsp vegan honey OR 1tbsp maple syrup
• Vegan chocolate spread
How to make
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Add flours, protein powder, baking powder, milk and banana to a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour half into an oven safe bowl, add a scoop of chocolate spread and pour over the rest of the mixture. Top with banana, chocolate granola and chocolate chips.
4. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
