These delicious baked oats are perfect for you chocolate lovers. With Nutella and our chocolate salted caramel vegan protein powder, these indulgent oats are full of protein and chocolatey goodness.

Ingredients

• 40g oats
• 35g @awesomesupps chocolate salted caramel vegan protein powder
• 1/2 a banana
• Roughly 80-100ml milk (you'll need less if not using vegan protein powder)
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 2tsp cocoa powder

How to make

1. Blend everything together until smooth and thick and then fill up an oven-proof bowl or ramekin about halfway.
2. Put a spoonful of Nutella in the middle and cover with the remaining mixture (also added some chocolate muffin pieces here cause why not).
3. Bake in the oven at 170°c for 8-10 minutes, top with some chopped hazelnuts and bada bing bada boom you have yourself a meal my friends.
