This recipe is low in sugar, high in protein, and the perfect healthy breakfast or dessert oat cake. You will love the dark chocolate and orange flavour combination!

Ingredients

• 50g oat flour (blended rolled oats)
• 20g choc orange vegan protein @awesomesupps
• 1/2tsp baking powder
• 1tbsp liquid sweetener
• 120ml water (or milk of choice)

Filling

Dark chocolate square piece

Toppings

Orange zest
Dark choc chips

How to make

1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
2. Blend oats into flour. Mix with protein and baking powder. Add water (or milk) and liquid sweetener, and mix again.
3. Transfer 2/3 of the mixture to a sprayed ramekin or baking dish. Add choc square in the middle, and top with the remaining mixture.
4. Bake for 15 minutes for a more lava cake consistency, or 20 minutes for a cake-y consistency. Top with choc chips and orange zest.
5. Enjoy!
