Chocolate Salted Caramel Protein Bites

Who doesn’t love a chocolate treat especially when they taste like little brownie bites, and they are so DELICIOUS! These high protein chocolate-y balls of goodness are easy to make with minimal ingredients which makes them even better. Satisfy that chocolate craving and get those gains at the same time. Get cooking.

Ingredients

• 100g choc salted caramel @awesomesupps protein powder
• 1 block of cacao fudge (optional)
• 1 tbsp caromel cashew butter
• A couple of tbsps of water
• choc of choice - I used a mix of salted caramel flavours
• 1 tsp coconut oil

How to make

1. Blitz up the protein powder and fudge in a blender to form a fine dry mixture.
2. Add in the cashew butter and blend to combine fully.
3. Transfer to a mixing bowl and slowly add in water to get a doughy texture.
4. Roll into evenly size balls and set in the fridge for a few mins!
5. Meanwhile melt the choc with the coconut oil (microwave for a few secs does the trick)
6. Coat the protein balls in the melted choc.
7. Sprinkle on some crushed-up fudge.
8. Leave to chill in the fridge overnight.
