Fudgy Protein Brownies
Recipes
These indulgent brownies are a great alternative to make if you’ve had enough of baking the classic banana bread. Full of chocolatey goodness with a delicious taste of banana. A lovely fudgy texture with over 13g of protein per slice! These are a must!
This recipe makes 4 full-sized brownies (or could slice it into 6/8 smaller pieces)

Ingredients
• 300g mashed banana (this was 5 small bananas for me)

• 50g self-raising flour
• 5g coconut sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
Optional
• chopped dark choc
• 15g melted biscoff to swirl on top
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Mash the banana with a potato masher.
3. Add in all the dry ingredients one by one, stirring each one through until combined.
4. Chop some dark chocolate and stir that through the mix.
5. Grease a small dish (I used some coconut oil spray), add in the mixture and swirl melted biscoff on top.
6. Bake for 15 mins and allow to cool before slicing
